Spot an Error?

If you've spotted an error in Darkness Surrounding (and it sounds like all of you have found a few), please let me know. I'd like to release a second edition with corrections as soon as possible.

 

I am aware that I did not capitalize "The Rev" in Chapter Three, and that I put "dinking" instead of "sinking" when Zanni and Garr are playing basketball. There are also some dashes that do not appear correctly (--). Keep in mind that the correctness of some punctuation/language may be a matter of opinion, and that my dialect may be different from yours (especially if you are located overseas).

 

Please leave a page number and describe the error. Thanks!

The dashes that did not appear correctly - I noticed that. Also, I think you could make it clearer how only the descendent of a particular ancester can inflict pain/kill a certain ancester. And how immortal beings came there in the first place (unless that's described in book 2)

Yeah, my old version of Word is a dweeb.

I want to explain all of that in Streets as opposed to Darkness Surrounding. I really wanted the reader to be in Zanni's shoes. She's in the dark, and you should be too. ;) Anyway, I'm just looking for grammatical/spelling/punctuation errors at this point. :P

Page 135, it should say "Then why-" not, "They why"...

On page 117, fourth line down, it says "I got a ziplock page from my kitchen..."

Is it supposed to be "bag?"

Whoa, no way! That is such a hilariously "fail" typo. I wonder how that happened. Yeah, that's supposed to be "bag." Oof...
